This is the replacement for another pc that I had to return because it was defective. I have been happy with this one. The only thing and I did not notice until I received the pc. It is not touch screen. I do miss that. Read more
Screen hinge is already broken. This is common design flaw with laptops. Opening causes bottom lip of lid to bind and place more pressure on the hinge. This eventually pulls screws out of the lid. Now, go buy another laptop, rinse repeat. Must all be part of the plan! Concept: Affix 4) 3/8" (10mm) rubber feet that add necessary loft which will allow lid to open without additional force. As can be seen, Dell's 2mm rubber feet do not give bottom case of laptop enough to clear hinge lid from being forced when opened. Read more

The advertisement forgot to tell me Net Gear is part of the set up and if you don't utilize it, it will not let you complete set up. I called Dell directly and they knew that laptop has issues they tried to get me to send it back to them directly so it would not get bad review. Well I sent it back to Amazon and will rethink this one. Further, Amazon received the returned laptop on September 13, today is September 22, 2023 still no refund and the fight with Customer service was ridiculous, if you buy electronics or anything over $300 it can take up to 30 days for a refund but if you look on amazon disclosures it NEVER tells you that bit of detail. Several days fighting with them when they had the laptop I have the proof they received it, they took their time to issue the refund. Completely unacceptable. Amazon you are terrible! Read more
