Great Performance, Fragile Design
Great performance, super fast, love the touch screen, lightweight yet large screen. Disappointed in hinges. After six months of moderate personal use, the hinge broke. I am not careless. Upon replacing the bevel, found the hinges to be very fragile. Itty bitty screws into light plastic. It is going to brake regardless of how careful you are. Not a design that will last years. No effective after-sales service
Do anyone know why I cannot shrink C for bigger than 13533MB? You can see the disk C have 448GB free. This is really a new computer I just brought from Amazon. When I contact with Dell support hotline, I got a very terrible experience. First, the man ask my phone number and email address before I can explain the issue. Second, he can't understand the problem. Third, he said he can't support me as he is from hardware department and he also cannot transfer me to software department. Lastly, he said he will send me a email and provide a link for payment, after I process the payment, then I can contact the software department for looking into the issue. I really can't believe how Dell have such customer care team as they are so famous company in computer industry. Read more
