Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasn’t glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14” when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. It’s refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger. Read more

The loaded Win 11 operating system it came with would not allow it to boot properly. I had to take it in to a computer shop and have Win 11 reloaded. (I did not want to return it due to time constraints). Worked fine afterwords. The unit is in nice condition and has a good battery. Read more
Outstanding value. I ran battery diagnostics and the laptop I received has a brand new battery. I don't think you could get better performance for the money. Plus, I feel good about saving it from a landfill. Only defect I've found is a couple deep scratches on the bottom, but that doesn't bother me at all. Read more
I’m not sure how old this laptop is. I bought it used. It has been great for me and it was great for the person before me. If you can’t afford $2000 for a new computer, I don’t mind a little bit of outdated for around $400. You can get a great used laptop. Read more
My older Dell was starting to fall apart, it also could not support Windows 11. Looked for a refurbished laptop on Amazon and decided on the 7420. It looked and felt new and is more then fast enough to support my needs. Can't go wrong with a Dell Latitude laptop Read more
The laptop is great and I didn’t know when I picked it out that it had a touchscreen so that was a bonus. Only problem is there is a battery issue and won’t charge unless completely dead. It goes from 55% straight to dead within minutes. The charger blinks when plugged in but works just fine as long as the computer is dead. I would say it’s a good computer if I can get that fixed. Compré una laptop Dell y estoy teniendo un inconveniente con la batería. La carga no supera el 49 %, incluso estando conectada y mostrando “cargando” en el Dell Power Manager. He probado todas las opciones del programa (modo Estándar, Adaptativo, Principalmente para uso con CA y Personalizado), e incluso reinstalé la aplicación, pero el resultado es el mismo: la batería no supera el 49 %. El estado de salud de la batería aparece como “Excelente”, por lo que no parece un problema de desgaste. ¿Podrían ayudarme a determinar si se trata de una limitación del firmware, una configuración interna o si la batería está fallando y requiere reemplazo o revisión?
