Wonderful laptop and pleased with all the Windows 11 features which I needed because my old laptop wasn’t compatible for upgrade. I am familiar with Dell laptops having used them at work for decades and know this one will be reliable for years. Couldn’t be more satisfied in this purchase. This product is quiet and extremely user friendly. My only negative is that I can't register it because it was provided by a third-party seller and is obviously a couple of years old although never used. I didn't realize it was a two-year old version until after I started using it. That has not, however, affected its performance. Read more
This computer died in about three months. When I contacted Dell they couldn't help me because there was no sticker on the bottom of it. Obviously it wasn't an actual Dell product. . .it took me about two weeks of going back and forth with the third party seller and Amazon to get my refund. Would not recommend the computer or the seller! Read more

Very pleased with performance over 10 year old i7. Still getting used to keyboard difficulties. Haven’t hit the power key instead of the End key. It would be great if they made USB cable and an app that would transfer everything from a new computer, opportunity. First time I got a computer that came with a rodent, I swapped my tailless version there version with a tail. Read more

This is a nice low-end desktop computer. One very nice feature is it comes with Windows 7 Professional installed and a Windows 10 Professional license and install disc (for those of who love Windows 7 but will ultimately be forced to move on). Pros: Small foot print Speedy dual-core Intel processor Built in Wireless and Blue Tooth capability Very quiet Easy out of the box setup Cons: Minimally capable power supply Adding additional internal drives not like most larger desktops . I added two external USB3 drives. Power supply limits how many items you can attach to USB ports. You will ultimately get a USB power error if you load up with USB powered devices. Only 2 USB3 ports Summary: If you want an inexpensive desktop with Windows 7 and are not planning to do much expansion, this PC will work fine. If you plan to expand the capabilities significantly, I would recommend a model with a more robust power supply. Read more
