I’m really happy with this Dell laptop so far. Before buying, I compared a few models because I needed something fast enough for work and school, and this one ended up being the best balance of specs and price. The i7 processor with 32GB RAM handles my daily multitasking smoothly — Zoom, emails, spreadsheets, and a bunch of browser tabs open at the same time with no slowdown. The design is another thing I appreciate. The silver finish looks clean and modern, and it actually feels nicer than I expected. It doesn’t show fingerprints easily, and the overall build feels solid without being heavy. The 120Hz display is super smooth, and I didn’t realize how big of a difference that makes until I started using it. I’ve used Inspirons before, so I already trusted Dell, but this one is easily the best experience I’ve had so far. Solid build quality, quick startup, backlit keyboard for late work sessions, and the fingerprint reader is a nice touch. After comparing options from HP and Lenovo, this Dell simply offered the best value and performance for real multitasking. Read more
This is really an awesome product from legendary Dell. I have not had a single problem with it. Small, lightweight, fast start by lifting cover/screen. Hours long battery life, touchscreen helps speed usage over mouse or touchpad. Keyboard excellent. Windows 11 a bit different but quickly got used to it. What I hoped the Chromebook was but will never be. Biggest change for me is the new smaller USB size but Dell provides an adapter. Two USB ports, one for power supply, the other for mouse, monitor or printer as needed. Has Bluetooth and synchs with my cell phone. Professional level PC. Would buy another one if needed. Read more
got this connected via thunderbolt 3 to a dock which has it broken off into 2 hdmi and 2dp with no issues. overall solid laptop, gets pretty hot on battery though, so I don't really see myself using it as a laptop much. but very powerful and fast, and portable. Would rather the touchscreen be an AMOLED, you can see the backlight bleeding in thru the edges which is I guess a sacrifice witih the super thin screen. Read more

Love this machine. As a chemistry lecturer, i wanted a laptop for backup in case something happened to my desktop. My university is still work from home so being able to stay online is very important. My final choice was between the M1 macbook pro and this but decided to go with the xps 13 because certain software I use doesn't work on mac. The laptop is everything i wanted and then some. It's extremely quick, and adjusting windows 11 has been easy. The build is premium and the keyboard is superior. It wasn't too bogged down by bloatware (mainly antivirus which i quickly uninstalled). The battery life is average thus far and the quality from the webcam is below average. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and hope it continues! Read more
Was trying to purchase this laptop but multiple listings appeared. FYI, the other listings are from third-party sellers or distributors. Nothing wrong with third-party sellers and if you want to purchase from a third-party seller that is up to you. If you try to go to other listings and go under the "Buy Now" buttons, third-party sellers will have a section that says "ships from/sold by". This listing does not, so it is sold by the actual Dell store. Also, if you can, buy this laptop when it has a discount. I bought it at an unfortunate time and the price dropped $200 after it shipped. I was able to return it and repurchase with the discount. Read more
