The machine is just a little bit light, but bracing it with a hand as you install the coffee is well worth the results. I find the features really easy to learn, very reliable, it heats up efficiently and tends to give plenty of heat for a double shot of espresso, which helps you portion out the pour. Legitimately a great choice for someone who wants to make more kinds of coffee at home. Good cup of cappuccino
For the price this works great, I’ve had it for 5 months and I like it. I got one hoping I would like to drink cappuccinos and did not want to buy an expensive unit. I see now I don’t need to get another as this work great for just me. If you are serving multiple people, you may want to get a larger unit. Read more

I can’t make a good espresso shot with this
I have yet to get a decent shot of espresso out of this machine. I am a novice and have watched countless videos on how to do this. I have all the accessories that are recommended for the perfect shot of espresso but they never come out good. The only thing I can chalk it up to is that I can’t really tinker with any of the settings on this machine, it’s just too basic. Read more
