This cleans my Invisalign aligners really well using a cleaning tablet. They are literally sparkling when I take them out. I do two cycles of ten minutes and sometimes an additional five minute cycle. When I only did one cycle I could see residue left on them. I made the mistake of not reading the instructions that say that you should use cold water. My tablet box said to use very warm water with them. I didn't realize that this device actually heats up the water while it's working, so using hot water can damage it. It's not super quiet but not crazy loud either. I can deal with the noise as long as I know it's doing it's job. The manual that came with it is pretty basic and could be improved.
