This pill cutter does exactly what it is supposed to do. It cuts pills cleanly and accurately. It has an adjustable clamp that holds pills securely in place, which is very helpful. I used it to split 10 mg pills into 2.5 mg pieces, and it handled that easily and consistently without the pills sliding around. One downside is cleanup. Because the material is very grippy, pill dust tends to stick to it after cutting. You cannot just rinse it off quickly. It usually takes a bit of scrubbing to fully clean the residue. That said, the grip is also what makes it effective at holding pills steady, so it is a reasonable trade-off. Overall, it is simple, effective, and reliable for accurately cutting pills. Read more

Great pill cutter! This is a quality pill cutter that will adjust so that the pills are held securely during cutting! It’s small enough to carry with you if needed. The cuts with this cutter are cleaner than any other I have used/found. This is easy to use! It has an adjustment wheel on the side, you line up your pulls (it does several at a time), tighten the hold with the adjustment wheel, close the cutter lid firmly, open the lid and you’re set! This product was a winner. Difficult to break tiny pills even though there were scored, the pill splitter to the rescue. Perfect splits with no crushing. I did make sure the pills were snug using the roller bar to secure and then lined up the score in the center using a butter knife to turn and adjust. Worked perfectly. Read more

My only question is why didn’t I buy this sooner. I had the pill cutter that did one pill at a time and I take half a pill every night so it was getting annoying to do it every other day. This thing can cut so many pills at a time it’s actually impressive. It is so easy to use with minimal effort. It is durable made with sturdy plastic. This pill cutter works well and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The cut is clean and it feels sturdy and easy to use. My only minor complaint is that I wish it were a bit wider so I could cut larger pills, like magnesium pills, horizontally instead of having to turn them vertically.
