These patches are IT. I use them at night once a week. Typically, I cleanse, add my various serums/under eye retinaldehyde, then apply the patch. Due to the micro darts, I believe is enhances the absorption of retinAL. I simply wait 30 minutes before putting the patch on top. Sticks well, no slipping off. I didn't always use them in tandem with 0.1% Retinaldehyde, 10% Niacinamide + 4% TXA serum, Azelaic Acid cream, Hylaronic Acid Serum, and Moisturizer. I slowly worked up to it. I wouldn't recommend doing this on the first use. My under eye skin is extremely plump and hydrated after frequent use. The adhesive hasn't caused any allergic reaction, which is typical for me with these types of products. I will say, upon removal, some of the adhesive sticks/tears, so be gentle. If it doesn't come off when removing the patch, some water and a light touch pills it off. Overall, it works well. I'm happy with the results. Pro tip: Place on your smile lines/fine forehead lines. These patches are wrinkle erasers. Read more

The Depology Deepcare+ Serum-Infused Micro Dart Patches have become a skincare essential for me—I seriously can’t live without them! These patches work wonders on targeted areas, especially fine lines and stubborn spots. The micro darts deliver the serum deep into the skin, and I can really see a difference after using them. They're super easy to apply, and I love that I can just put them on before bed and wake up with smoother, more hydrated skin. They stay in place and feel comfortable while working their magic overnight. If you’re looking for a solution that really targets and improves problem areas, these patches are a must-have in any skincare routine! Read more

I don’t understand the hype around these. I was so excited about them and after the first night realized this was probably a viral marketing ploy. The 3 biggest issues are: 1. The patches are sharper material (silicon?) than you’d expect for such a sensitive area like the under eyes. So they aren’t exactly comfortable to sleep in. 2. They don’t stay in place. I woke up with both patches crumpled in towards the inner corner of my eyes. They were dried up like a hard piece of plastic. 3. The serum that was deposited didn’t sink into my skin. I rolled my finger over the area after wearing them all night and the product balled up like glue on my fingers. It took a few passes to remove all the gluey residue. Super disappointed, especially given the price. Read more

They really work! The results aren't permanent, but they help! I wish they were a little thinner/softer. Read more

I bought these on an online recommendation from a trusted dermatologist. I really enjoy the product- quality materials and process for use. However, I can’t say that I see a difference after 4 uses (1x a week). I will give it one more purchase but if I don’t see a difference after that, I will likely discontinue. Read more

Expensive yes, but does it work? Also yes. Sometimes I sleep with them on and sometimes I’ll wear during the day if I have plans at night. Peeling them off after sitting for a couple hours + is impressive how moisturized my under eyes are and how noticeably improves the look of fine lines/wrinkles. Read more

These are very odd. They feel Like thick, dry stickers. The instructions say to press gently onto the center of the pad after applying and to leave on for two hours. They remained completely dry and were extremely uncomfortable. Removing them stretched the delicate eye skin tremendously. I don’t see that anything occurred. Perhaps these are defective, but I don’t see the point of these. Read more
