PPG-15 Stearyl Ether (and similar emulsifiers like Steareth-21, etc.): These are basically synthetic thickeners and conditioners. They’re generally safe in cosmetics, but some people get minor irritation or allergic reactions. Not a big deal unless your skin’s a sensitive. • Maranta Arundinacea Root Powder (arrowroot): This is the “natural” star here absorbs moisture, soothes, and helps with hydration without clogging pores. Pretty benign, low risk of irritation. • Lactic Acid and Mandelic Acid: These are AHAs for gentle exfoliation, common in foot creams to soften calluses and cracked heels. They’re effective for dry, rough feet, but if you have open cracks or super-sensitive skin, they can sting or cause mild burning/irritation. Most people tolerate them fine, though. • Triethyl Citrate: Acts as a solvent/fragrance stabilizer. Low irritation potential, basically harmless. • C13-15 Alkane: A synthetic emollient/solvent that’s a silicone alternative—non-comedogenic, softens skin, no major red flags. • Fragrance: The wildcard. It’s listed, so it could be anything some people break out or get irritated from synthetic scents. If your feet itch after using this, blame this. • Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, etc.): Standard stuff to stop mold from growing in your lotion. Safe unless you’re allergic. • Other crap like Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Aloe, Xanthan Gum: All basic moisturizers and thickeners. Nothing toxic or scary. Overall, this lotion isn’t bad at all it’s a standard, cruelty-free, vegan foot cream aimed at dry/cracked feet and odor control (probably with that DeoPlex). Reviews say it works well for hydration and cooling without greasiness. No major horror stories or recalls pop up. If your feet are normal to dry, it’ll probably help. I had high hopes for this product despite the size of the bottle being very small for the price. I decided to take a chance. My husband’s feet have been so dry and cracking. Oddly enough his feet sweat and are a bit smelly. This product helped with the dryness but not the odor as promised. I don’t recommend this product if you have anything other than dryness.
