First, I will say that this roller comes well packaged. Out of the box it is in a sealed bag and is then inside of a clear case. So you will not have any problems handling the item (i.e. taking it out of the box). As noted, the roller is inside of a clear case - which is nice for safely/securely storing the item. I tried the roller (I received the 1.5 version) on various body parts and really didn't feel much. Occasionally I might feel a poke. However, for the most part, I didn't feel much. It could be that I just have tougher or less sensitive skin? I'm not sure. So needless to say, I'm not exactly sure what to think of this roller. I got the 1.5 mL size needle derma roller. I read that the bigger the better it is for scalp and hair regrowth and that was the intention. I was trying to use this for. Being gentle with it. The first time is hard to say how well this will work for my intended use, but overall the product is exactly as pictured and comes with a protective case, along with instructions and clear outline that you do need to disinfect this Derma roller before and after each use. Because I was gentle, it didn’t hurt and it didn’t damage my skin, it rolled very easily and fit well in my hand. The only challenge I had was using an alcohol wipe to disinfect because the needles will catch on it and it’s very difficult to try to get in between the needles, but that isn’t specific to this roller and just in general using an alcohol wipe to clean it the carrying case is wonderful and a great way to store it without accidentally damaging it or getting hurt Read more
