It's a great value
I've been micro needling my scalp and face for a couple of years now. I really like the 1.5mm pins. I had another roller that wore out, but that brand isn't available anymore. I purchased this and it does the same thing. I have had very good results gaining some hair regrowth through micro needling and it helps give my skin a youthful appearance. I've used Rogaine, and numerous hair growth supplements. I have a $1000 hair laser helmet. By far, micro needling has produced the best results of anything I have tried and I continue to see improvement. Read more

They are very sturdy & easy to use. The size is perfect for getting into tight spaces such as your nose. The functionality is really easy & easy to clean. For me it doesn’t hurt at but you can feel it in more sensitive spots. Read more

Great value for the money. This is a high quality item and comes in it's own case. This is not helpful for storing the roller, because you really should discard after each use, but it made a really good reservoir for the isopropyl alcohol I used to sanitize the roller! For the price this is so much easier than going to the medspa for $400+ treatments! Read more
