After needling, it's a good time to apply serum, moisturizers, or masks for maximum skin absorption. It's best to sanitize the roller every day with hot water followed by a dip into rubbing alcohol. A .25mm derma roller -- the depth suggested for beginning at-home use. I prefer this roller, rather than the stamping or other styles; it follows facial counters better. Comes with adequate instructions, including how to clean it properly. If you're not familiar with derma rolling, this is a good one to start with.
