I've been using a Derma-Wand for almost a decade. I noticed a difference in about 3 weeks after first starting. I love it. It does have a 'tingle' especially in your teeth/gums when you first get started but after a while you get used to it and later don't feel it at all. The bulb on my older one finally broke and I decided to try the new, stronger one. It is alot stronger. First of all, when using treatments to improve skin such as lasers, you have to be able to endure a little bit of discomfort to see results. I use this twice a day on the highest setting for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time. It’s only uncomfortable when you lift it off the skin continually. If you leave it on the skin as you do the treatment it is not uncomfortable. I have seen amazing results as I am 54 years old and my face now looks like it did when I was in my 30s. Again I do use it on the highest frequency And it is nowhere near as uncomfortable as people have claimed but again everyone has different pain tolerances. Been using for about 10 minutes twice a day and I can definitely see a softening of my wrinkles and my lines. This product really does work. It does smooth out the line to bring oxygen to the area. If you also pull and lift it also can achieved that as well. I use their gel but you don’t have to. I have had the original Dermawand for a number of years and have really liked it. It has performed flawlessly. I do think it works at minimizing wrinkles and uplifting and brightening skin. I long thought it would be nice to have a more powerful device. I was excited to see the recent introduction of the Dermawand Pro which is noticeably more powerful and more effective. Within a month the device started to weaken and then stop working. I contacted the Seller, who could not have been more cooperative and shipped me a new device immediately. I love the new device! And I especially like the great customer service! UPDATE: CANCEL EVERYTHING I SAID ABOVE. The replacement unit started to lose power in under six months. I tolerated it for awhile but when it got bad enough, I tried to reach customer service both by phone and email since September! My December efforts have included three emails and several phone calls. Today I called their 800 number and got a message -- with no Dermawand ID -- that they could not take my call at this time and I should send a detailed email to customerservice@ictvbrands.com. When I googled ICTVBrands to find out who they were, I found out that their account had been suspended (see image). This is ridiculous. And Amazon continues to list their products. Ive had the original DermaWand for many years and liked it very much..I decided to order the new, improved model because it was advertised to be stronger and it is!!! Im hoping it will help with my neck and tighten the area as it is recently showing signs of ageing since turning 61..in general the Derma Wand devise is an easy, fairly inexpensive way to get radio frequency treatments in your own home and it can help you look younger, too!!
