This was one of those things that I really needed to clear off my desk. I store my work laptop and personal laptop and they both fit and the caddy supports both really well. I get to put the laptops aside and take Advantage of the desk space. So far, itโs been really sturdy and does not slide with daily use of placing the laptops in and withstands the weight of everything. No laptops on the floor so far. I needed something I could attach to the end table next to my couch to hold my laptop when not is use. The product description is pretty accurate, even including the needed depth and thickness of the table lip it will clamp on to. There were no surprises, the design and function are exactly as stated. It's made of steel and has a good finish to it. There is a rubber lining along the entire bottom where the laptop rests on, as well as 2 rubber disks stuck to the taller side, but not the shorter side. I put some felt pads there to stop the laptop from scaping going in and out. The area holding the laptop is pretty generous and should accommodate the thickest of laptops. It's sturdy and well made. It comes with a nice little plastic bin with a moveable divider that magnetically attaches. This comes in handy for holding TV remotes in my use-case which was an added bonus. My only complaint is the lack of more lining on the inside. My laptop is aluminum with strong magnets to hold it closed. The magnets will draw the laptop to the steel of the mount. While it's not scratched my laptop it does seem that it may show wear marks over time. I'll likely apply a few more felt pads to reduce this. Other than that one downside I really like using this. Clamp doesnโt fit my desk. First delivery was late and rejected due to damaged box. Replacement was delivered next day(thank you) but not only didnโt fit, the knobs appeared damaged, though everything still sealed in its plastic. This metal organizer is bouncing around loose inside the box with these plastic knobs taking the brunt of the knocks and bangs of shipping. No wonder the first one showed up separated from its box and the next one with broken bits. Returned for a refund. Read more

Ordered to accommodate my partner's laptop and notebook, which typically take up prime real-estate on the coffee table. We were super excited about the innovative design, however we did not find it to be functional at all. While the item itself is sturdy and nicely constructed, assembly is cumbersome. The plates/prongs underneath the clamps impede the ability to mount it. It can't get close enough to the table to proper clamp on/mount. If you can get it close enough to the table's egde, it only slides on and won't clamp down. This means it cannot hold a laptop, as there's not enough tension to hold it in place. It WILL FALL.
