Made of glass, mine shattered!
I had this scale for a number of months, sitting in my bathroom next to the toilet. One day, I was pulling it out with my foot to use it and the corner hit the edge of the toilet near the bolts... the entire glass shattered into a million pieces while I was barefoot. It made a total mess! The stainless steel section on the top of the scale is very thin and the glass is the main thing that makes up the platform of the scale. Once it shattered, the scale was useless. Terrible design for the bathroom and way too fragile... Read more
Didn't work but....
I loved the stainless steel look, but mine didn't work. I'm still giving it 3 stars though because s* happens, sometimes you just get that 1 defective product, it's how the company handles it thereafter that matters more to me. Their customer service and return/refund process were easy; after I returned it my refund was issued within 20 minutes. Read more
