The DeWalt Earbuds check all the right boxes in terms of fit, selection of silicone ear cones and they seem very well built and tough. The case may be as tough as the rest of the DeWalt line of tools, but I was not able to test that. The fit is fantastic and works perfectly for my ears. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the sound or the noise reduction. I read the instructions and did everything it said, tried to download the DeWalt app, but for some reason it would not work for me. I don't know if I got a bad set, or all the headphones are like this. I am going to give it a 5 because it might have been a fluke, and so far, all the tools I have from DeWalt have performed flawlessly and I don't want to give a bad review based on one instance. Edit: changing to five stars because I received a full refund after posting this review! I got these because they were the only buds I could find that had button controls and not touch controls, plus I wanted something durable that I could sleep in/roll over onto. I loved them at first, but after only about 2-3 months the left bud started cutting out and quickly became essentially unusable. So disappointing because I really loved them and I thought that these headphones would hold up better. I still think for the price they're pretty decent, and I will occasionally still use the right bud. Read more

I have read many negative reviews for this product before I purchased it, but I experienced no issues with synchronisation. Noise cancelling could be better, and the buds needs to be adjusted just right for the ear to get the best quality of sound, but overall I have good impression. Battery life is beyond expectations, although I haven't tried going for a full working day without placing the bugs to the charging case, but I experienced no issues with charge after using them for four hours straight, going for a break when the buds are in the charging case, and the charge is always high or medium. These are fantastic and durable little bluetooth wireless ear buds. Charging case works fantastic to keep these charged up when you are not using them. Simple to use and the fact that they have quick press button for play/pause/answer is a great feature as well as actual extra buttons for volume control. They fit everything on these earbuds, I have been extremely happy with these. So much so, I bought a pair to give to my fiancé because the quality of them has been unmatched for all the earbuds I've ever tried. Read more

I really wanted to like these, they're adequate for work; but if something happened to them, I probably wouldn't get them again. Pros: *Battery life (probably the best battery life out of any earbuds I've owned) *Physical volume and pause buttons * Comfortable (you won't have to worry about them falling out, even when sweating heavily) *Loud! They have great volume, so if you're an audio-book, podcast, or talk show person, you might like this. *Double Tap Power Button to activate your virtual assistant (I find myself using this feature more than I thought I would. Cons: Audio Quality. This is probably my biggest gripe about them. They're fine for audio/podcast, but just about any type of music (and I've tried every genre) sounds like it's being played through a tin can after you take the reverb away. They are loud, I'll give them that. But it's kind of pointless if the bass is almost non-existent. I've had better quality from cheap $20 earbuds. These are just louder. Range: You can only go about 20-25 feet away from your phone before it begins to stutter and cut out. Call Quality: Not great, but not terrible. After being on the phone, as well as recording audio of myself with both earbuds, and in a quiet environment. It would have the equivalent of having someone on speaker with the phone in your lap. You'll be able to hear them just fine, but you might have to raise your voice a bit louder than your normal talking volume. All in all, they are adequate, but for it being DeWalt as well as the price range there are many better options out there. For comparison the buds I had before these were Skullcandy Mods. I had them for about 6 months and then lost them. They beat the Dewalt buds on just about every front except for battery life. They are also about half the price. I'm a bit of a DeWalt fan so this review was a bit painful to make, but they leave a lot to be desired. Edit: Additional connectivity issues: Dropping to 2 stars because of constant stuttering after 3 months of use. Whatever you're listening to will keep playing, and the earbuds stay connected to your device, but walking or moving too quickly will make the audio cut out back and forth between both earbuds. Also when taking calls, more than half the time your mic will cut out randomly for 5-10 seconds during the call, as well as at the beginning when you answer. Read more
