I have Dexter knives for filleting fish. They are excellent but with use, they will dull. This works great to keep them sharp. I had previously purchased a different knife to fillet fish but it was dull to begin with and not usable. This was able to put a sharp edge to allow it to be used. Read more

Yes, this is the best sharpener I've ever owned.
The reviews are right on. I'm no chef but I have filleted a lot of fish in my days. I have never been able to get my Victorinox knives as sharp as with this product. Saw this on YouTube videos of commercial fisherman reviewing it. Dexter knives are their first choice too. Very satisfied. Read more

I have had my sharpener for a few years now. Purchased it from my food service distributor, but they no longer carry this item. This is so simple to use, razor sharp knives if a jiffy.
