These were packaged well for shipping, however the seller should consider a plastic wrap. One of the pumps did not work (the pumping mechanism did not catch and just kept spinning). A knocked a star off for that bc I will have to transfer the product into one of the other bottles The soap is great, smells really good and performs as expected.
