The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with the results after using just a few times. I really like the concept of an overnight soak. I take my jewelry off when I walk into my house and now I just drop in the container and forget about it til the morning. The brush that comes with the set is so easy to use. Perfect spot for your thumb and forefinger. I do have an ultrasonic cleaner but I keep having to go back and reset the timer. I used for rings, earrings and bracelets. All have come out very "sparkley". Although I am attaching a pic and video, they really do not do the jewelry justice. I plan on buying the set for my daughter for Christmas. I've set a reminder on my phone for 2 months in the future to see if that is when I need to order the refill concentrated solution. I didn't want to knock off too many stars due to the fact sometimes things do get tossed around in shipping and break. Additionally, it still doesn't take away from the product itself. Hopefully the manufacturer does find a solution in securing it so it doesn't happen to others. Let me start by saying finding "Made in USA" products are almost non-existent these days. It made me feel even more comfortable with it being non-toxic with higher standards placed on ingredients. It smells really nice and does work. I used it on my earrings and they had a nice sparkle to them. I enjoy the hanging rack has slots to hold earrings unlike other designs that don't. The glass holder is where the solution drains to ultimately I used a dish for mine. The presentation is GORGEOUS making it a beautiful gift to everyone, even the instructions had its own printed on envelope. They made a heavy emphasis on what the product looks like and it shows.
