These run small!! I normally wear a 2xl, and have a comfortable roomy fit. I'm 5ft 11 inches, and 255 lbs. These just fit me at 2xl. Also be aware of care instructions. The recommendation is cold water, no dryer!! They will shrink! As they just fit, any shrinkage would render them too small for me. I will order 3xl next time. These are my everyday scrubs. They can be washed once a week and last at least a year and a half if not longer. The fit is spot on once I went up a size from my t-shirt size.
