The media could not be loaded. I read a LOT of negative reviews. Fortunately, I got what was pictured. Fit as was described (I have a loose fatty belly after 4 kids and poor eating). I do have a bit of muffin top. I’m 5’6” and weigh 200. I’m curvy and proportionate. These fit a bit tight, but I need to lose weight. I’m 100% losing 5lbs would make these fit better. The pocket everyone complained about is sewn shut to keep the shape. It takes a few minutes with a small fork to fit underneath the stitch to pull it up. 2 pieces of white thread are easily accessible. The pants are relaxed fit straight down, not “bell bottoms” like others received. That are tight to my knees and come straight down. The bottom half is not exaggerated wide as others described. The material is nice looking and about medium weight. Has a nice stretch. The back part does have a gap at my lower back, but it’s small enough that people won’t see down them. The pockets are oddly designed with a curve to the seam part of the pocket. That’s more than likely a design flaw that hasn’t been brought to the company’s attention. The length is perfect. Barefoot, they came to a little above the floor, which is perfect with a low heel, sneaker, or boot. As far as washing? Turn inside out, wash in cold, air dry and then iron. Do not place these in the dryer!! Do not wash them in warm or hot water. This cotton % will shrink and wrinkle easily. I tend to wash my work clothing in Woolite. It keeps the shape and color of the clothing. As far as the material and stitching, the stitching is fully intact. The material I can see wearing thin with my thighs rubbing together while walking in them. It’s the price to pay for having voluptuous thighs 😉 oh and these make my bum look amazing. Over all this purchase was excellent and I will be buying more of these. I will may up size on the black depending on the wear throughout the day/stretch and wash those with Woolite Darks. Highly recommended!! Read more

These are really nice trousers. I like that they are soft and they give. Yes, they do pick up lint so be ready for that. I still think these warrant a 5 star. They are very professional and perfect for work. They are straight leg and sit nicely on the ankle. They also sit low on the hips, which I prefer so if you do not, then do not get these. I am 5' 7" and these are the perfect length. I was going to order tall but then I read another review on someone of similar height to me so I went for 10 Regular. I am also "hourglass shaped" and these fit perfectly in both the waist (30" exactly waist) and hips (exactly 40" waist). They are not tight; they are perfect. I have yet to wash them; so I am not sure if they will shrink. If they do, I will write an update on this review. Because they are 98% cotton. But, if they do shrink, I am hoping they stretch right back out, like jeans normally do. Strangely, in other clothing lines I am a size 6 (go figure) but honestly, I think those companies are just trying to make people feel better - lol! Regardless, I do recommend these for anyone who likes "hipsters" and wants to also look professional at work but not too dressy. And they want to be comfortable, because these are definitely comfortable and I have a hard time finding comfortable trousers. Read more

These look too relaxed and wide on me and not as long, straight as shown but I don’t mind. They being me back to Jinco days lol. I guess maybe because I am short and didn’t get the shirt just the regular size. Read more

Love the pants , love the length and love the fit. However the quality is lacking. I washed the pants for the first time and the hem came unsewn. They are also not very wrinkle resistant. Read more

The waist is super tight and feels like it runs small in waist. However, thigh was perfect fix. Sad part is I can’t order a next size because then the bottom would look too huge. I will not be buying again. Read more

For reference, I ordered my usual size 6. I have 28" waist and 39" hips and an athletic build. FIT: I have never worn Dickies pants before so I ordered several different styles to see which fit best for me, and these were the least flattering. Because I have muscular thighs, I usually go for a looser fit for work pants as I don't want it to look like I'm trying to put my legs all on display. These fit just right in the thighs for me and comfortable in the waist, but were too loose in the hip area and as a result gave me an unflattering bulge in the crotch area. STYLE SPECIFICS: I noticed that these flare out slightly which I consider bootcut and not straight leg (19" opening) and even though they say Regular length, they are actually 33" long and not 32" like the other styles I ordered, which for my 5'4" frame is too long. What I noticed with most Dickies styles I ordered: - Mid Rise comes just below my belly button, which I like for work pants - 97% cotton/3% spandex means the pants have a good amount of stretch to move with you while you work, but also means its a thinner fabric (I tend to gravitate more toward cotton/polyester blends) - back pockets are shallow (can only fit my hand in to my knuckles), so not going to fit a standard sized wallet or phone securely back there. - desert sand and khaki are the same shade, which I'd call a medium khaki (some styles list them as separate colors) Gave 4 stars because has a lot of the good qualities I'm looking for, fit just didn't work for me. If you have a body type like mine I'd suggest the flat front styles (and resist the urge to size up unless you have wider hips) Read more
