Ordered in white as I work for a burger joint calling for all white. I ordered a different brand of chef pants from another company and they fit absolutely terribly. When the linen hugs your legs when you sit, your undergarments are slightly visible. Then again, I'm just paranoid about underwear lines so that's probably really all it is because when I ask if people can see through them, people say no every time. However if you wear an apron at work then it's not really a problem. I ordered them a size up so that they weren't tight and they fit just fine. I need to wear a belt-because they are a bit loose-but that's part of my uniform anyways and the pants fit comfortably. I wear skinny jeans outside of work so I wasn't sure how I'd like the looser leg fit but they're great and comfy for work. Good quality. I use SoilLove from the 99cent only store to get out daily food stains and the pants always come out of the washer in shape and almost as spiffy as when I got them. Very durable. I actually scraped my leg earlier today on a ladder and I tore off a bit of skin on my shin. But the pants that came directly in contact with the ladder didnt even show that they could have been ripped. Read more
First of all, I'm 5'1 and weigh around 125 lbs. I ordered a size 6 petite. (I wear a 6 petite in Aeropostale jeans) They're a little bit big in the hips but not too bad. I have curves, so if you're not hippy I would order a size down. I need black pants for my office uniform, however I'm not a fan of traditional slacks. (I wore a suit for too many years.) Frequently black slacks are made of a soft fabric that seems to be a magnet for anything and everything. Because I have pets and don't live within a sterile bubble, I refuse to buy anything made of that fabric. I also have a hard time finding short length pants, usually I have to hem them. These are a heavier fabric and a nice fit. While I tried them on, the cat rubbed against my leg and didn't leave any fur behind...win. Read more
Bought these for work,along with 2other styles to see which I prefer.These are a pretty true fit,not too long as I thought they might be.The material is sturdy yet not "crunchy".There is a bit of give,which is good if you're bending,stretching and reaching a lot.They sit right at my waist,they are not"mom pants" at all.3washes and no shrinkage.Come out of the dryer not wrinkled.My only tiny little beef is that the front pockets are kind of small,and they gap a little,so nothing I want to keep goes in them.I also bought the dickies relaxed cargo pants,which I like a bit better,only because the pockets are functional.I will buy dickies again,and always from amazon if available. I ordered black, petite pants. I was hoping I wouldn't have to have them hemmed, for being petite, but they are still super long. I'm 4'11" and will need a good 5 inches hemmed. Also, the bottoms are slightly frayed, as if they were cut but there's no hem. If I didn't need to hem them, this could be a problem. Other wise they are a good fit, nice and know they will look perfect once I get them altered. Read more
Bought these because I saw a singer wearing with a very feminine Chanel white crop top with spaghetti straps and side laces revealing skin. Got the size 0. I thought I would have to hem but they are only two inches too long and I can fold under. Listen. I bought this product a few years ago. But they’re still fantastic. I was a busser at a restaurant, so I was getting messy. Bussers clean tables, and I worked at a very popular family diner. These pants were godsend. I don’t know what deity blessed these pants, but if I find out I’ll toast to them. I once spilled an entire kid’s orange juice on my pants while cleaning a table, and it was dry a minute later. No stain, no nothing. Just went right off. These are holy pants. I bought a pair of Dickies for my daughter for school. The size 8 fit well, a little loose. I decided to buy 3 more pair. I came across these - size 8 but stain resistant and wrinkle free. They are bigger in the waist and a lot smaller in the thighs. I first I thought, there is no way she gained that much weight in 3 weeks, but when she went back and put on the other pair, I realize they are made differently even though essentially, they are supposed to be the same. The pants have clean, crisp look, however that's largely due to the stiffness and thickness of the material. These ran very small for me. I have wide hips and a more narrow waist and I usually wear a 12/14 (5'3", 150lbs), however in these I had to get a size 16. They fit reasonably well, though still a bit snug in the hips. Length was good. Just touching the floor, probably wouldn't drag on the ground unless you wear wearing very thin flats. Read more
