UPDATE: I must say, I was surprised that the seller reached out to be sure that the issue I had with the first clock was resolved. The company offered to send me another to rectify the problem. I received a new clock within a few days! The representative was very friendly and helpful. I could tell that they genuinely wanted me to be satisfied. This is an example of excellent customer service. I recommend purchasing from them. At least they want their customers to be satisfied! Below is my original post. The clock itself is very pretty, but I bought it for time, which it does not keep correctly! I purchased it in January of this year and I should not have to adjust the time two months later. I always set my clocks two minutes fast, so I’m thinking I’m two minutes ahead. I noticed that my iPhone time was two minutes faster than the clock and so is every other clock in the house, meaning that somehow it managed fall behind two minutes. The digital clock that it replaced lasted over twenty years. I bought this to replace a mirror clock I had that started glitching. I simply wanted something to look similar and replace my old one, but I was very impressed when I set this up! My old clock was always too bright so I would have to cover my face with the covers at night, rather than turning it off so I can still see the time in the mornings when I wake up. This clock has a feature (that you can choose to use or not) where the brightness will automatically adjust based on the environment. It was the perfect level of brightness at night to allow me to sleep as if there was no alarm clock light in the room, but still see the time clearly. That was my favorite part to play with!! The clock itself looks exactly how it is advertised, very simple and a good modern touch to a bedroom. It was very easy to figure out, as the instructions were easy to follow and clearly explained. I think the product holds its value. The one thing I didn’t love, which other shoppers pointed out as well, is that the port to plug the clock into the wall is on the side of the clock, so it sticks out on the side. Not a big deal to me at all, but the design could be better if there was a way to place the wire in the back instead! Hopefully it holds up long without glitching like my old one (different brand/seller), and if so, I’d rebuy this in the future. Read more
