At first I had no issue with this scale. The quality of the scale looks nice. It was easy to set up with the app and use and even came with batteries. When I first used it, the app and scale worked great. Seemed accurate to a T and loaded all the other details of my body health in the app. But I have had trouble since adding a second user and getting all their details after weight. Adding a second person was also glitchy at first, continuously asking the same profile questions over ans over, then an error. The scale itself is nice but the app seems a little more trouble than what I've cared to deal with. I received this as a combo with scale at the time and the value seems worth it. Read more

We tried this weighing scale as it just not shows the weight but also tracks the other parameters like BMI , body water , body fat and more . It needs to connect with an app on the phone which is fairly easy to install and use . The good part is that we were able to add all members in the family and track their progress.
