I was a bit hesitant to order, thinking some of the cups may arrive broken or chipped. But they came packed in a specially-formed cardboard cover on the bottom and top, surrounded by bubble and packing wrap making it impossible for any to be broken or chipped. I daresay, one could perhaps toss the box around pretty hard before the contents would be harmed! I designed these mugs so I could fill them with candy and give them as gifts to friends and family throughout the year. I was able to design these mugs with my own artwork for Christmas gifts for family and friends. Everyone loved them! I wouldn't put them in the dishwasher but hand washing isn't that big of a deal. The print came out really nice from the factory. Read more

I almost love how my mugs turned out! My only complaint is that there is a part of the image that looks like it may have been scratched in the process and the white cup is exposed in the top right image corner under the hair (left side the way we look at it) and also a tiny bit in another spot. Also, the image was changed slightly (they cut off a portion of the hair; I notice bc I know how the original image looks but anyone else wouldn't notice). Other than that, the text placement that was chosen for me was better than I'd imagined it would be! They did a good job creating my custom mugs for my business! Better than a great value for the cost. This is the 1st time I did custom mugs and I am mostly satisfied with it!
