Design off center
Was excited to be able to order something custom with short turnaround time for Christmas gifts for team (that have ended up being New Year gifts). Design was extremely simple. Did not receive a proof. Did not receive email of what items would look like until after they were complete. Seemed fine on mock up but when received, the design is completely off center. With one graphic, it is extremely noticeable. Still going to give as gifts because these were not cheap and it’s passable to still give as a gift. Really disappointed and with needing things customized frequently can say I will never use this method or company again based on this experience. Read more

These are beautiful cups that came packaged really nicely. Their size, weight and overall coloring is really beautiful. I didn’t know if they were going to be nice or not. They are going to be wedding gifts for our late fall wedding. They clean well, are easy to use and the performance of the packaging is great. Out of 20, not one was even chipped. Read more

Beautiful but noy dishwasher safe
The mugs are very nice, and they look amazing with the personalized printing. However, the printing began to fade after the 1st run through the dishwasher. We are a large office, so we use a dishwasher for sanitation. This is a good product if you handwash your dishes. Read more
Quality mugs at a great price.
I ordered 50 of these mugs with personalized message to provide as small gifts. The mugs arrived on time and were of quality better than anticipated. These are large mugs, very durable and the black speckled white color of the mug, with personalized printing, has held up very well through numerous uses and visits through the dishwasher. Many have complimented on the style and quality of the mug. I will be ordering more real soon. Read more
