THESE DO NOT COME IN COLOR!!!
I was very disappointed to discover these cups only printed my colored graphic in solid white (shown in background photo). That would have been nice to know from the beginning, because I would not have ordered them. It did not clearly indicate this in the product description when I ordered these mugs, and I feel I have been mislead. For my design, it looks like pure junk. Now, aside from that, these are pretty sturdy cups with a good print job. If you have a simple black and white logo, these cups will work great for you. Just be aware they're not going to be printed in multiple colors. Read more

Great quality, dish-washed and microwaved multiple times logo hasn’t faded.
The only thing that went wrong was the color of my logo that was imprinted black instead of red, but I have microwaved and dish-washed the cup multiple times after drinking coffee and logo has not faded. I will order more again later this year but hopefully this time I hope to get the correct color. Read more
Good company and good Product!
I am the Co-president and Fundraising Coordinator for my club so I have spent weeks looking for reasonably priced items to sell/raffle off. The club is in a different country so I was also worried about getting the items shipped in time. But this company worked with me. They contacted me and did everything to reach out to me to help make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I was worried when I found out that the color mug I wanted wasn't available and that they could only print in black/white but I am SO happy with the end product. They were all so helpful and nice. Dishwasher safe
We searched high and low for the best mug that was dishwasher safe to have our logo on. Discount Promos did not disappoint! I chatted with customer service prior to placing the order and they were prompt in their responses and clarified everything for me. They recommend hand washing, but the mugs have withstood 6 dishwasher cleanings so far. Hopefully they'll hold up! Read more
