Great custom whiskey glasses
I ordered 30 glass in total for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! The glasses were packed perfectly and the customization in color was amazing! And, the shipping was a lot faster than expected. Overall highly recommend! Read more
Amazing value and quality - well packaged and shipped FAST!
The media could not be loaded. Amazing value and great quality! We ordered 50 custom glasses as vendor gifts for our annual convention and trade show. I created the images I wanted on the free Canva app and it was very easy to upload based on the instructions. I did trial wash one of the glasses in the dishwasher on the top rack as a trial, and it did seem to have a little fading, so I would recommend hand washing these. The shipping was super quick and the glasses were packaged with care. The only way this could have been better is if I had been sent a proof for approval before the glasses were made, but they turned out perfect so it’s a minor quibble. Definitely recommend this company! Read more
Excellent Customer Service.
In the end, they were exactly what I wanted and seem to be great quality. The true measure of a company is how they handle issues, since something can always go wrong. My original order came in black outline vs the color logo. I messages them and they rushed out the corrected glasses. The customer service was perfect, and handled the problem completely and gracefully. I couldn't be happier with the end results. Read more
Sticker versus printed graphic.
The glasses are quality, however the image/logo appears to be “sticker” versus actually printed on the glass. There were a few logos that are not straight. We fear the print/sticker will not last as one of them was coming off in the box when received. Read more
