These boots are gorgeous and high quality. They look so cute with jeans either rolled or cropped as well as dresses--you can dress them up or down and they always look classy. The leather is soft and high quality. They do run a tad large like others have said, and the leather is soft and feels high quality so may stretch a bit. I am a true 7.5 and that is what I ordered. I plan to put a comfy footbed in there to take up the extra space. I have narrow legs/ankles and these look fine on me. I think you could definitely go down a size and let the leather naturally stretch out if you wish, or just fill up the space with a gel or memory foam footbed.
