This item is faulty. Bought 2 for a 2-week trip to Europe. Tried to plug it in & the included power cord did NOT FIT into the unit. There I was in Europe, unable to plug in ANYTHING = extreme frustration. Always double check all aspects of anything you hope to plug in. I could not believe I then had to carry 2 heavy, unusable power converters for 2 weeks on my trip.
