I am 5'4", 150 lbs, wear a 36D/38C bra, medium shirts and pants. This top is so sexy and comfortable! Lightly padded cups and underwire keep the tatas perked up. It has quite a few eye hooks but that just means less back fat and side fat ;) I will wear it as a top and as a bra. AMAZING! I haven't been able to wear a bra in about 8 years because of a herniated disk in my neck not allowing any significant pull on my shoulders (ie no straps).
