Exactly what i needed to celebrate my Casper’s big 10! Only thing i could think of that i didn’t love was the bandana for his neck was a little too big and the number 1 for his hat was a bit thick and long so i just cut it a little shorter. but overall everything was very cute and he had a great birthday! Great kit at a great price. I'd buy it again. It comes with everything you need to assemble it. Even ribbon and adhesive buttons. As you can see my dog looked adorable, and the toddler had a ton of fun with the balloons. My dog has a turkey gobbler neck from a massive salivary mucocele on his throat in his youth that left the skin floppy, and both the bow tie and the bandana fit well. You can see some of the extra skin in the last photo. He's about 65lbs, his neck is around 23". Read more
