We take in cats, and sometimes the ones with long fur just can’t be detangled. So, I watched a few grooming videos on YouTube and purchased a Happy Hoodie and this grooming kit. My teenage daughter helped me to round up this unruly male, and I set him in my barber chair and got to work! I gave him a lion cut. In less than 10 minutes this thing gently took off all of the matted fur and we had one happy kitty. She was even able to trim is nails while I did the fur. It may not be the quietest trimmer, but I’d say it’s very similar to my human hair trimmer. It wasn’t loud enough to bother the cat, and that’s what matters. I really appreciate not having a cord to get in the way, and the price was very reasonable. This item is cheap. The guards don’t fit on it tightly so you could do in a nice smooth, trim pain in the butt to return because it’s a third-party not happy with this at all. Read more
