Fluffy, Durable Dog Beds for Large Breeds
I bought these Dog Crate Beds (Washable, Deluxe Thick Flannel) for my two Olde English Bulldogs (about 70 lbs each), and they absolutely love them. We bought large size, and it fits them perfectly. The beds are super comfy and fluffy, and I’ve washed them a few times—they’re still holding up strong. Overall, my dogs would highly recommend these beds. Small bed is poorly padded. Larger beds are okay (update: small bed improved by machine washing)
I have purchased 4 of these beds over several years. The larger ones were nicely padded, so I purchased 2 smaller ones. The 12x21 is poorly padded, around 1 inch thick, and nowhere near the quality of the larger beds, hence the poor rating. Amazon only allows one review per product, so I can't rate the larger beds higher. Update: Seller refunded my purchase price for the thin 12x21 item. I put it in the wash with the 23x18 bed that I purchased at the same time, and much to my amazement, it puffed up to almost the expected size. Rating upgraded to 4 stars. Read more
It is washable
Puppy had the runs on it the second day (my fault, switched food too fast). I took it outside, sprayed it down really well with the hose and took that to the local laundromat to wash it and it washed well! Didn’t morph or have all the filling to one side, it dried in like an hour. It feels fluffier now, so maybe consider throwing it in the dryer on low for a quick fluff. It serves its purpose! Get what you pay for
It's not a super fantastic dog bed, but I feel it is worth what I paid for it. It's decent sized, but kind of thin. It was packaged very nicely and shipped out quickly. You get what you pay for. I mostly just got it to put on my couch for the pups to lay on. Read more
