He did tear them apart pretty easily but he enjoyed every moment of it and they were his comfort toy for at least 3 months. The colors are great, the size is perfect for tug-o-war and tossing around. The media could not be loaded. I bought a set of these toys for my 30 lb black labs (mixed breed). They are normally very aggressive chewers, and as a result, these dogs are difficult to find toys for. They destroy pretty much everything except for those very strong rubber toys which are not as much fun for them to play with. So far, these toys have lasted us 2 days and counting which is quite an accomplishment considering their soft toys typically last about 10 min. or so before they start eating the stuffing and pull the squeakers out. Between the plastic noises from the tenticles and the squeakers my dogs have just been having the time of their lives. We have to confiscate them at bedtime so we can sleep! Even though I'm positive these toys will not hold up for much longer because of their chewing habits, it was worth the money to splurge on something fun for them to get so excited to play with. I intend to replace them occasionally as long as we continue getting at least a couple days of use out of them. If your dogs are less aggressive chewers then you should definitely give this toy a try! Read more

Cute dog toy for mall dog - in my case a mini dachshund. No stuffing. Bright colors. Well made except for the squeaker. It's very wimpy. My dog killed it right off the bat, but she's not really interested in squeakers, so I don't consider that a big negative. Read more

My two one year old bichon's love the crackling noise from the toy. They play constantly with it and the best part is watching them play tug war. The colors are vibrant, size is perfect not too big nor small for them, super soft, durable (very durable!- they bite alot and destroy things pretty fast) and washable. Has outlasted any other dog toy I've submitted to Remmie for testing. It's been over a week and the squeaker is still intact and no tentacles are missing. I highly recommend. Update: After a good while and several machine washings these toys are still in pristine shape. The squeaker still squeaks the crispy still crisps and my dogs still love them. I recommended before so now I upgrade to highly, highly recommend. Read more

These are much smaller than I anticipated. I purchased for Christmas presents for my dogs, and I don't think they have shown more than a passing interest in them. My dogs are usually very enthusiastic about new stuffies and love to see how long it will take them to perform a squeakerectomy, but they have zero interest in these two toys. I don't think that is entirely the toys fault, but it makes me wonder if the dogs smell or sense something off about them that they just don't want to interact with. Read more
