The size runs big in my opinion. I ordered Large and it's a bit extra roomy. I will keep the size this time since the sweater has the "lace" pattern and I plan to use at least a cami underneath it during summer. For winter I will add something warmer underneath. It might shrink in the first wash too. If you look at the pictures you will see that it has a v-neck in the back too. This might be why it felt so "big". I love the vibrant color. I love these sweaters. Purchased a large which I’m 5’” 8” and they come down to the hip but can be hiked up. You can do a front tuck or you can layer. I’ve got some cute jackets to use for that purpose. The crochet is beautiful and the coverage is great although a tank or bralette is a must. The material is a mid weight, soft and forgiving. Love these sweaters. I’ve been opting for mediums but they seem to run a bit small so purchased a large. Weigh 148 for reference purposes. I love when people list height and weight, gives me a better idea of what sizing to purchase. I purchased black and beige. The beige is almost an apricot to be honest and my one nit pick is there’s a point on each sleeve, same spot that sticks out a bit where they joined the material in the arms. Still a 5 star review. These are great open knit sweaters. Love them! I don’t often leave reviews. Time consuming but these were worth it. They’re a bit oversized depending on which size you choose. I’m sure I could have worn a medium but with my height length would not have made it. I like them a bit oversized so works for me. No regrets because I often return a lot of junky stuff. I kept this sweater against my better judgment and should not have. I think I’m a little heavy to wear so much texture. That’s my fault though. It is well made and heavy thread and cotton and that’s a huge plus. It is quite open so needs a cami. I think on a smaller and younger woman it would be great! Read more
