So let’s start with effectiveness of the glue, it worked pretty well. As long has you don’t get warm. I used it for my Santa beard and it held up nice until I started to warm up and get a little sweaty then it lost its hold a bit but hey for the value for my money, was worth it. This glue is good I used 4 layers. I go to the gym and jog 2miles a day, and sweat a lot. The glue will last at least a week and a half before any lifting. If you use a few layers. The lifting was also minimal and I fixed it with some melting spray and put the band on for like 30min and it went right back to being melted. I had mixed feelings about this lace glue. On the plus side, it goes on clear and feels like it should have a strong hold. However, it takes forever to dry, which makes the install process really frustrating. Once I finally installed my wig, it looked fine at first, but after sweating a bit, the lace started lifting. Unfortunately, the hold didn’t even last two days for me. It might work better for someone who doesn’t sweat much or needs short-term wear, but based on my experience, it didn’t live up to my expectations. Read more

I found this glue to be the best at holding quickly. I never wear a wig for more than 4 days, so that’s the extent of my review. It is not sweat and water proof. It does leave a tacky sticky goo once removed. I use Vaseline over the glue line and then wet it with hot 🥵 water to get the glue off. I use a dry cotton washcloth to gently scrape the glue off. I have ruined a lot of lace using all other glue removers, and this works for me. I also use the same process if it gets on my natural hair (Vaseline then dampen with hot cloth and gently comb out). I gave it 4 stars because after I started applying it correctly and figuring how to get the glue off it works perfectly for my needs. If your skin is really sensitive don’t apply too much or leave in longer than needed. I did initially experience discomfort at first use, but tailored the amount I applied for none at all. Read more
