Plays Well With Vanilla
I'll be honest - I bought this on a whim just because of the Q name (long story). Anyway, as it turns out, I really love this fragrance - though, at first, I wasn't so sure that I would. There was something I thought was just a little off, but I couldn't put my finger on it. It wasn't awful, it just wasn't great. Still, having already spent the money, I soldiered on, determined to make it work. And finally, it did! I really love the cherry in this scent, but I felt like it needed something to pull all the different fruit scents together. So, I pondered this and determined the whole thing might benefit from some vanilla. I layered it with a body oil that had a vanilla fragrance and that really worked for me. The addition of that little bit of vanilla made this a complete winner. I've also used a subtle vanilla body spray as well as a body cream that included vanilla. They all worked. I can't stop smelling myself when I wear it. Haha! This travel spray size is a great value for the money (I can't believe it's still spraying!) I'll definitely be buying full size when it's finally gone. Or maybe I'll just buy another travel size. :) Read more
