This is exactly as described. Material is soft. I think the memory foam is sort of softer too which I was actually hopeful for vs others I've tried. Unfortunately, I'll have to return though. As this like other kinds aggravates my neck pain and headache too. And obviously same or worse sleep issues. No way to know how it works for each person unless you try. Which I recommend. Read more
