If your into calisthenics, maybe working out the upper body from home or just looking for something as a replacement instead of going to the gym daily. This is it! This pull up bar set works perfect with my gym setup. Assembly wasn’t too difficult and took some time but everything lined up properly. It’s sturdy and strong that works for anyone from the family from 100lb to 200lbs. Once set up, it feels stable during use. I mainly use it for pull ups, leg raises, and dips, and it handles all of them without issues. I’ve never wrote a review before but this pull up and dip station is perfect. Not too big, fit in my room very easily, easy to assemble and stable. For reference I’m 230lbs and I can do 15 pull ups and I have no problems. The dip width is perfect not too narrow not too wide. And the overall design of the station I think is very good. 10/10 purchase I think this will last me a very long time and it was very cheap only $80-$90 which for the price you can’t beat. Read more

This set of bars feels sturdy when assembled. The height adjustment is really nice considering my ceiling in the basement is low and this can accommodate a variety of situations.
