I'm 4'11, 120 lbs and got the small. The actual bodysuit fits great, but the thong is weirdly oversized; even with the straps being adjustable, it fits more like a 6-8 than a 2-4. This wasn't a big deal for me, but just a heads up if that matters. Read more
