The cushion itself is great. I do wish I had ordered a larger size because I’m a larger girl. I ordered the regular size but should have gone up to the XL. It’s a firm but still comfortable. Bought this when having some pain before driving 12 hours in two days. While shape could be more comfortable for the thighs, it did dramatically reduce discomfort where it's designed to.... And made these drives far easier on my lower spine. One thing to note... If you leave it in a cold car overnight, it will be relatively hard to sit on until it warms up. Read more

I purchased this chair pad because I severely hurt my tailbone. I was in a lot of pain and was icing my back and was quite frankly tired of laying in bed or on my stomach.
