I absolutely love this door chime! The sound quality is fantastic, the design is sleek, and it’s easy to set up. It works perfectly for my needs and adds a nice touch to my home. However, the battery situation is a major downside. It drains batteries much faster than I expected, and the specific type it requires is hard to find in stores. I usually have to order replacements online, and they’re more expensive compared to standard batteries. If the battery life and accessibility were improved, this would be a perfect product. I bought this item a few times as i have moved and extended the number of door I wanted the chime on. I got it for my autistic daughter so I know when she might open the front door. I have Child proof door knobs now at my new home and still use this. It’s next level security and loud and I love the large assortment of sounds to choose from. My only issue was that after maybe 10 months for l the front door only at my old apartment, it started glitching and I had to replace it. The back door bought around the same time perhaps even earlier is still going strong but I also barely open that door. I honestly think this is an amazing item I will never go without. Already love this! We have a 3 year old and we live on 3 acres and at the edge of the backyard is a lake with no fence and just a dock. With how the land is layed out we can't really put a fence up to keep a safe distance from the lake. On top of that, my brothers all started sleep walking around 3 years old and during their sleep walking they were able to unlock deadbolts and go outside (we didn't have a lake growing up). I wanted a way to be able to know if the toddler woke up in the middle of the night either to go potty or if he started sleep walking and get to him before the lake did (we put one on his bedroom door and one on each door that goes outside). Don't worry, we will also be installing those door latches where he can't reach on each door that goes outside. I love how many settings the alarm has for tones as well as volume. I didn't need to install any batteries and everything paired immediately (I bought the 3 pack). I don't have to bog down my wifi and if I don't want to hear the door chime during the day, I can unplug the piece that makes sound and when I plug it back in it resumes the last settings. Each door piece does not make noise which is what we wanted. Only the wall piece makes noise so we put it in our bedroom. My husband and I are heavy sleepers and we were able to find a tone and volume that didn't give us a heart attack but also wakes us up. Some tones are short, some chime for a while, some are quiet some are loud so a great variety. Highly recommend! Read more

I live in an apartment complex and rent two storage closets right down the hall from my apartment. I wanted to put some kind of alarm on them so that if someone entered the storage closets overnight, I would get some kind of alarm in my apartment. I tested both sets of door sensors with the receiver but only one of the sensors triggered the receiver. The instructions are translated very poorly and didn't really help at all.
