I've used it every day for the last 4 days and although I don't expect changes overnight, I feel that this will help with my slight double chin just as the ceramic spoons have for years. It's pretty comfortable but there is a learning curve when putting it on. I would have returned it back t I forgot and I’m a day late. Anyways if your sensitive like me and have a smallish face the stitching close to your neck and lips needs a softer material. The head portion is a bit uncomfortable and so this was a fail for helping to stop snoring cause I took it off in the middle of the night. Read more
