For reference, I have a 42DD bra size. XL is what the size chart suggested and I ordered. I believe even sizing down for a little more support would have been fine. The quality is good, the fabric wicks moisture and is very comfortable. There are removable cups and the straps are wide enough to hold everything up without digging into your shoulder. These also don’t provide the best shape. The sizing is good overall and I love the colors, but this bra is not a high impact bra in the slightest for a chest size like mine. This is more of a low-impact, medium support bra. This bra could be well suited for anyone postpartum. I am nursing my child and these are easy to pull up/push down for access. The racerback design is helpful for supporting the shoulders and back muscles. Overall I think these are okay bras for low impact exercise, sleeping, or lounging. I ordered the Double Couple Sports Bras (3 Pack) in an XL based on the size guide, but they ended up being too big on me. I’d recommend really double-checking the chart and possibly sizing down, especially if you’re between sizes. That said, there are a lot of things I like about these bras. The cups are thick and well-padded, which I personally prefer — they give great coverage and shape without feeling flimsy. The material feels comfortable and breathable, making them easy to wear for workouts or even casual use. The only other downside besides sizing is the adjustment area. The way it sits on the body feels a bit awkward, and during a heavy or high-impact workout, it seems like it could rub or get in the way. I ordered these bras not knowing what to expect especially with me being in the last trimester of my pregnancy (mainly because they’re not market as maternity wear.), but let me tell you that I’m thrilled that I took the chance when I had it because these are the most comfortable sports bras I have ever owned even in comparison to my maternity wear. I sized up to accommodate my body type now (I’m usually a XL), but I don’t think I would under normal circumstances because these are super stretchy, super soft, and super comfortable. The quality is amazing for the price, the straps are easy to adjust and don’t dig into my shoulders at all, and the sizing is perfect. I love the color options and the fact that these are extremely breathable as I tend to overheat easily (especially in the latter months of my pregnancies.) and did I mention that even though these are extremely breathable that they don’t look or feel flimsy or cheaply made?
