This was SO easy to put together!! Everything was labeled, it came with 1 extra piece of hardware (nuts, bolts and washers) of each kind, and everything was pristine - not a single dent or scratch. I sat through practically the whole assembly and I did it all by myself with what was provided in the box. They even sent gloves! Bought this to replace a similar rack I owned for 20 years that always fell over and required weight on both racks or it would twist and collapse. This thing is so much sturdier. Assembly was easy enough. I've probably assembled half the furniture in our home, and this is on the easier, more intuitive side of things I've put together. The directions help clarify a few things that are easy to mess up. It had you putting the wheels with locks on diagonally opposite corners, and you chose to put them both on one end because that is what I have preferred on similar carts, etc. (can flip both without having to walk around). It is tall. I like this, now I can put some storage cubes on the bottom to hold some folded clothes. I have not tried the telescoping arms, but they seem to move quite smoothly. They are narrower than the main rods, and I would probably not put as much weight on them. It is wide, but I was able to roll it down a hallway with a 90-degree turn without issues. I may get a second one from this brand to put in the closet and replace the weak wooden rod in my rental home's master bedroom that bends under 10 items. Read more
Easy to assemble. All the tools you need are in the box. It seems to be sturdy enough. I like the two, staggered levels of hanging bars and the canvas "shelves" at the bottom. The wheels need to be bigger when locked so there is more friction surface. As they are, the wheels lock, but easily slide on the floor. The wheel locks will work fine on carpet.
