I have tried so many pillows, contour shaped (not too bad but difficulty keeping my head in the right place), ones with adjustable filler (filler moves around), ones with wings and hollow area for the head (could never get my head in the right place because the pillow was too high/large for my frame), and have never found one that was comfortable and provided good neck support, but this pillow is just right! It's not very tall, not quite 4" high, but for me it works. I know the consensus is that for side sleepers a higher pillow is better, but in this case less height worked really well and I am probably a 98% side sleeper. There are no hollow areas for your head so that when you put your head on the pillow you make your own hollow spot that springs back when you're not using the pillow, due to the memory foam. It's a solid piece of foam and there's no filler to shift around. One foam side has a pattern of cuts to make the foam even more soft and conforming, but if you want your pillow a little firmer, turn it over and the foam is solid with no cuts. If you have trouble finding a comfortable pillow for side sleeping maybe think about trying one a little lower and see if it helps you like this pillow really helped me. Read more

Not a technical review by any means, but this is now my daily use pillow. It feels great, its just the right firmness and thickness for me. Its a little wider than it might need to be, but I don't mind that - just figured I'd mention it. I don't know why it wants me to mention smell - it didn't really "smell" like anything to me. It is breathable, not sure it has a "Cooling effect", but it doesn't make me sweaty or anything. Read more
When I first received this pillow in March 2025 it was pretty good. Being a petite female it was the perfect height for me which was hard to find and the support was almost spot on. Well fast forward only 2 months and the foam has collapsed and I can't even use it anymore. Very disappointed. Read more

I got this pillow to keep on my guestroom bed. It's a combination of softness and firmness, so it should be comfortable for people who like soft pillows and people who prefer firm pillows. There is no chemical smell coming from the pillow. It does have a broader sleep support space as described in the description of the product. I like that the pillow is longer than most memory foam type pillows you can buy. It is comfortable when I'm on my back, side, or stomach. I also like that you can bunch it up if you need to. Most memory foam-type pillows won't bunch up. I tend to sleep with my arm under my pillow when I'm on my side. Not all pillows provide enough comfort for this to work. This pillow gave my arm enough cushion for comfort. I especially like that it is a good firmness for children, yet it is also soft. This would be a good pillow to have in hotel rooms. soft, supportive at the same time, did not go flat for me, but it was too tall and hurt my neck (side sleeper) so I'm going to have to find a thinner pillow. The cover is really nice on this. The pillow is absolutely quiet. No weird crinkly noise or scratchy sounds when I slept on it. I am sensitive to odors and noticed no smell. It fluffed out very quickly when I got it out of the box, I gently hit it on a recliner a few time to fluff it out and that worked great. Also, never put foam of any kind in a dryer on heat, it degrades them. Read more
