Not in the square packages, but in round ones that make you touch the tips to pull them out.
Jamming the swabs into round packages makes you pull out a bunch with your fingertips and the cotton is less than pure by touch. In a square pack you can grab the plastic sticks. It's hard to get them out of a round pack. The cotton tips seem compressed and hard. I would have preferred them in the square packs that are shown in the picture. Otherwise, they seem okay..
