I've tried the regular deep moisture body wash and the cucumber green tea. Both are good, cucumber green tea was better, but this one is undoubtedly the best after just one shower. The scent is just immaculate, and in some conditions is candy like. The scent is also seemingly stronger than the others in the sense that it actually sticks around beyond the shower itself. The lather is the smoothest out of any body wash I've ever used. The thickness of the soap is on the thicker end, almost lotion like (similar to the deep moisture). Dove products have been a staple in our household for a very long time. It's a brand I trust to be gentle on my skin but leave it feeling smooth and happy. I hadn't tried their lotion body wash before, but I was drawn in by the scent: blueberry and moon milk. What is moon milk? I have no idea, but it sounds pretty! The actual scent of this body wash is moderately strong. It's hard to describe other than blueberry (a little artificial, but nice) and...something...it's almost a light gentle floral drenched in something creamy, but that's not quite right. I'm not a fan of florals, but the scent is quite nice and lingers after it's been rinsed off, making using this body wash even nicer. The texture is almost exactly like a lotion, but somewhat sticky, and spreads fairly easily as long as the skin is wet, since it clings, and rather than lathering, it turned into a mildly lathering foamy cream on my skin. It left my skin feeling a little filmy (most likely the "lotion") at first, but a little more rinsing took care of that. I'm not sure I really felt like it cleansed well, though it was clearly lathering in its own way. Maybe it was the texture or the more difficult rinsing. I generally prefer a shower gel to a body wash, so it might just be me. After using this, my skin felt smooth and soft, not dried out. The "lotion" aspect of this wash was decent. It made my skin feel smooth and soft, no tightness or flaking - but it wasn't amazing. I think it might be much better for someone who has drier skin than me. I'm still giving this a 4/5 because I truly think maybe I'm just not the right person for it. I like it, but I don't think it fits into my shower routine or has a noticeable enough effect to make me buy it again. The bottles I have will absolutely get used, though! Read more
